The Wellness From Within Package is a 6 Month Program that includes:

  • Initial Consultation (scheduled upon receipt and review of Intake Form) to address client history, and current diet and lifestyle. (30-60min)

  • Functional Labs (Not included in price of package, but offered at a discounted rate for program participants)

  • Full functional analysis of lab work with recorded video presentation to client. (Upon receipt of ALL resulted lab work)

  • Follow-up consultation to discuss lab work and individualized protocol/plan moving forward. (30-60min)

  • Detailed individualized protocol document with diet/lifestyle recommendations as well as tailored supplement suggestions if desired. Client will have access to discounted supplements via an invitation to my FullScript Dispensary.

  • Unlimited chat support M-F (business hours) for the duration of the program.

  • Additional consultations available at extra cost.

  • Month-to-Month payment available ($200/month) or discounted rate available if paying in full.

Supplement Auditing:

In today’s wellness world, it’s easy to end up with a shelf full of supplements. Many overlapping, unnecessary, or not the best quality. I’ve seen it countless times in my own journey and with clients: we start taking things blindly because they “might help,” only to find ourselves overwhelmed and unsure what’s truly serving our health.

That’s why I’m now offering Supplement Audits. I’ll carefully review what you’re currently taking, check for quality and effectiveness, and help you streamline. Let’s make sure you’re only investing in what your body really needs. Often, we can simplify your routine while upgrading to better, more targeted options.

Pricing

  • 1–5 supplements: $40

  • 6–10 supplements: $60

  • 11+ supplements: $80

  • I will be offering a comprehensive 17 marker blood panel, a thorough thyroid panel, DUTCH Plus testing, and GI Map testing currently. You can choose one, all, or any combination of lab work within the program. Lab cost not included in the program cost. Prices vary depending on lab(s) chosen.

    Note: The DUTCH and GI Map are Test Kit labs that are mailed directly to your provided address. An additional shipping fee of $20 will be included.

  • The program initiation will be based on date of Initial Consult and will conclude 6 months thereafter.

  • Yes! My services are HSA/FSA eligible. Be sure to use your assigned payment card at checkout!

  • I’m partnered with FullScript and CellCore. Protocols will be built on FullScript and supplements will be available at a discounted price.
